Adding a payout method to your account allows you to receive payments directly through the method of your choice. When you add a new payout method, you will need to provide the general information for the account holder along with the banking details.
To add a payout method
- Click on the button to begin onboarding.
- Identify whether you are receiving this payment as an individual (personal) beneficiary or a business.
- Enter your first and last name, or business name, according to the information on your bank records.
- Enter a valid mailing address, city, state/region, postal code and phone number, if necessary.
- Depending on your country of residence, you may need to provide your national or taxpayer identification number.
Once you have submitted your general information, you will have the option to add a payout method to your account. Under the payout method, you will see a processing time along with the estimated transmission fees (if any).
Please note that the processing time listed here is the expected amount of time it will take for the funds to reach your payout method after the payor has submitted the pending payment.
Important things to note
- Ensure that the provided account can receive payments in the selected currency, otherwise payments will likely be returned by your bank.
- Provide your full name (or business legal name for businesses), exactly as shown on your bank statement. Failure to do so may result in a returned or delayed payment.

Adding a payout method as a US person
- Enter the routing number/branch ID for your bank. ACH/Direct Deposit Routing number has 9 digits.
- Enter your 5 to 17 digit account number.
- Enter the name of the account holder as it is shown on your bank statement.
Adding a payout method as non-US person or business
- Enter the necessary identifying information for your bank. This will vary based on your country of residence and may include SWIFT/BIC, IBAN, Agency Code, Institution Number, etc.

- Enter the name of the account holder as it is shown on your bank statement.
If there were no errors with your banking details, you will receive confirmation that your payout method will be submitted and activated. If there is a detail that you need to correct, the input will be outlined in red for your reference.
